RETURNS PROCEDURE

 

A)    Dissatisfied with Goods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the goods - IN THE SAME CONDITION - within 14 days of receipt. 

Definitions,

a)    Wrong size

b)    Wrong colour

c)     Wrong item

d)    Goods not as described

e)    Changed your mind

 

*Component missing from product

If your item has arrived incomplete i.e. missing a strap, buckle or any other component that is essential to the working of the product please telephone our customer service helpline straight away on: 0845 409 7679 or international 00(44)1476 585112.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Definition,

a)    Damaged in transit

b)    Faulty stitching

c)     Flaw in fabric

d)    Soiled goods

e)    *Component failure i.e. Velcro failure, broken clip

Note: damaged packaging does not constitute refund for damaged goods.


We cannot be held responsible for,

a)    Non-delivery of returned goods. For faster refund we recommend proof of posting from your Post Office or Courier

b)    Third party delivery delays
